At Agile Babushka, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
